By clicking the link below you will be redirected to the Chess Magnet School, a kid-friendly web site (no human interaction, ads or solicitations) where your child can practice against a robot to improve their skills at their own pace. Once your child signs up they will receive a 30 day free trial. If they reach the level of GUARDIAN with an acceptable error rate, they will receive an additional 30 days free (an $8.00 value). I will be able to examine their progress and provide status reports as is appropriate.
To sign up:
1) Click on the link below
2) On the left Nav Bar under” Membership” click “Student Signup”
3) Fill out required fields: full name, nickname and email.
4) Under “Class Code” type in the password for your school (if you don’t know it contact Kids Chess Club for the code)
5) Go to the “Student Training Room” and have fun!
Remember your nickname and your own personal password that will be sent to the email you provided. You will use this information for logging on in the future.
